Prior to your first visit we request that you complete the forms located in our ONLINE FORMS section. These detailed forms provide us with pertinent information about you and your health history.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with friendly smiles and warm hellos. We will collect your forms and ensure your comfort prior to your consultation with one of our doctors. We will discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for the doctor to learn more about you, your current health status and your expectations to determine how we can best meet your goals.
After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic, neurologic, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Additional testing, examinations or evaluations required to be performed by one of the other doctors will be discussed at this time.
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation. X-rays help us rule out specific serious conditions and can assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.
Once all the pertinent information is gathered and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a brief report of findings to answer the three most popular questions:
Upon your next visit, you will be presented with a custom designed Spine Tingling Adventure. This is a comprehensive plan that has been put together just for you to take you from where you are now, to where you want to go & Be Well!
You will generally be provided with a brief treatment at the conclusion of your first visit. This may include procedures that you are familiar or unfamiliar with. Treatment is interactive, so you can ask questions or express any concerns.
